Seeking Maintenance Technicians for a company in the Rotterdam area. The position does require some travel as part of on call duties. This is a full time position. The salary will be between $22+/hr, and will be based on an individuals experience and skill set.

Should have basic electric, plumbing and HVAC knowledge (sockets, changing faucets, PM on cooling and heating units). Some on call is required and there is travel required during those times. Grounds maintenance and safety checks, work orders, apartment turnovers, etc. Need to be able to multitask and prioritize.

Note: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas, and outdoor grounds maintenance.
